[مشكله] : فى تنزيل الويندوز

أثناء محاولة تنزيل الويندوز يظهر لى صفحة زرقاء مكتوب فيها : :

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen restart your computer If this screen appears again , follow these steps :

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any new installed hard drives or hard drive controllers.check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated.
Eun CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption , then restart your computer

ما الحل مع العلم أنى جربت أنزله 5 مرات كل مرة نسخة مختلفة

و مركب kaspersky لكن أعتقد موجود keylogger
